DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
DELIVERY
The delivery of the products is carried out by Express Courier with a minimum time of 48 hours depending on the area to which the shipment is intended. The courier used is always chosen by Riot Technology, which will select the best based on area, convenience and quality of service
AVAILABLE PRODUCTS!
More than 95% of the items on our site are in stock for immediate delivery, so the shipment is made on the day of the order if it is received by late morning (Italian time GMT + 1).
In-stock products are marked with the Green box on the item description screen, out-of-stock products are marked with the Orange box on the item description screen.
GOODS TRAVEL AT BUYER'S RISK.
Any damage or tampering with the packaging must be immediately reported to the employee making the delivery. In this case, we invite the recipient to REFUSE the delivery, or to accept it by writing in the appropriate space the words "I ACCEPT WITH CIRCUMSTANCED RESERVE" and describing in detail (always in writing) the nature of the damage, after having opened the packaging and the packaging of the goods IN THE PRESENCE of the courier's staff.
In case of refusal of the delivery or detailed reservation by the recipient, we kindly ask the buyer to inform Riot Technology by sending an e-mail to the following address: ordini@riot_technology.com.
By accepting the delivery and signing the courier's document (in double copy: customer and courier), WITHOUT indicating in writing any CIRCUMSTANCED RESERVE, no objection will be accepted.
Delivery to the floor is not foreseen.
SHIPMENTS
All our shipments, subject to availability of the material in our warehouse, are delivered throughout the country with Express Courier with delivery times for Italy from 36h to 48h.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185/1999, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without specifying any reason. Except for the cases of exclusion indicated below, the right can be exercised within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, by written communication, sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, which expresses the desire to withdraw from the contract.

According to Legislative Decree 185/99, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the contracts indicated in article 5, paragraph 3, with particular reference to those for the supply of audiovisual products or sealed computer software, where the opening of the original packaging.
If you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, it will be necessary to return the product - intact, unused and in its original packaging (including packaging, manuals, etc.) - at our address indicated above, no later than the deadline. 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (the date of the postmark of return), with insured package carriage paid. Otherwise the right of withdrawal will not be considered applicable. In the event of a request to replace the product, we inform you that the return shipping costs will also be borne by the customer.
Based on art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable in the event of the purchase of customized or processed products (e.g. customized suits)
The right of withdrawal is not applicable in case of purchase of products not in stock, as these products will be specially processed by RIOT Technology.
In no case will parcels be withdrawn cash on delivery or carriage forward.
In case of withdrawal, the sums previously paid, excluding shipping costs, by the buyer for the returned product will be re-credited by bank transfer within 30 days from the date of the communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
It will be the buyer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to make the transfer (ABI code, CAB, buyer's current account).
Failure to comply with the terms and procedures indicated above implies the ineffectiveness of the withdrawal.
Attention: in the case of payment with Paypal, if a refund is requested, this refund will be reduced by 5% for return management and Paypal commissions refund (which are not refunded by Paypal to the seller)
